You don't learn glass from a screen. You learn it from 30 windshields.

Most courses hand you a slideshow, a certificate, and a pat on the back. Theory sticks for a week. Then you're standing over a real vehicle with a resin injector, no reps, and no confidence.

We flipped it. Two students. Roughly thirty vehicles in the shop. Do the math — that's about fifteen real jobs in your hands, start to finish. Repetition is the only thing that turns "I watched it" into "I can do it."

The Program

Two weekends. One trade.

A build, not a syllabus. Weekend one teaches you the whole trade — repair and full replacement — on live vehicles. Weekend two is all hands-on jobs, working real vehicles start to finish until it's second nature.

1
Weekend 1Repair & Replacement Fundamentals

Learn the whole trade — repair and full replacement.

  • Chip & crack assessment — what's repairable, what isn't
  • Resin injection technique & bridge setup
  • Safe windshield removal & cowl / trim handling
  • Urethane bonding — bead, set, and cure times
  • Alignment, leak-proof seating & ADAS calibration awareness
  • Finishing, polishing, and quality checks
2
Weekend 2All Hands-On Jobs

You run the jobs — vehicle after vehicle.

  • Full repair and replacement jobs, start to finish, on your own
  • Building speed without cutting corners
  • Working through a variety of makes and vehicle types
  • Troubleshooting on the fly — the stuff no slideshow shows you
  • Leaving with real reps, not just theory
